 infoDon't mix with Rabbi Yehudah Tzvi of Stretin who Died: Stretin, Poland, 1844. Rabbi Yehudah Tzvi Eichenstein was born in 5618/1858. His father was Harav Yissachar Dov Berish, son of Harav Yitzchak Eizik of Ziditchov. He was named after Harav Yehudah Tzvi of Rozdol, who was Rebbe before Reb Yitzchak Eizik. When Reb Yitzchak Eizik was niftar in 5633/1873, his son Rav Yissachar Berish was appointed Rav and Rebbe in Dolina. Reb Yehudah Tzvi became the son-in-law of Harav Moshe Ungar of Dombrova. Following his wedding, Reb Yehudah Tzvi settled in Sanz, near the court of his wife’s maternal grandfather. Then, following the petirah of his father on Erev Rosh Chodesh Adar 5646/1886, Reb Yehudah Tzvi, the only son, was appointed to succeed him as Rebbe in Dolina. His court flourished there, attracting many Chassidim. Reb Yehudah Tzvi was close with many Rebbes of his time, most notably with Harav Yehoshua of Belz. The divrei Torah of Reb Yehudah Tzvi were not printed; only some of the introductions that he wrote to the sefarim of both his father and his uncle remained. Reb Yehudah Tzvi was niftar on 12 Iyar 5669/1909, at the age of 51. Since he left no son, his court passed to his two sons-in-law, Harav Yehoshua Halberstam and Harav Pinchas, the son of Harav Moshe Rokeach of Karov. Both resided in Dolina.  textרבי יהודה צבי אייכנשטיין נולד ב - 5618/1858. אביו היה הרב יששכר דב בעריש, בנו של הרב יצחק אייזיק מזדיטשוב. הוא נקרא על שם הרב יהודה צבי מרוזדול, שהיה הרבי לפני רבי יצחק אייזיק. כאשר רבי יצחק אייזיק נפטר בשנת 5633/1873, בנו הרב יששכר בריש התמנה הרב ורבינו בדולינה. רבי יהודה צבי הפך לחתנו של הרב משה אונגר מדומברובה. לאחר חתונתו, התיישב רבי יהודה צבי בסנץ, ליד חצרו של סבה מצד אמו. לאחר מכן, בעקבותיו של אביו בראש חודש אדר 5646/1886, רבי יהודה צבי, הבן היחיד, מונה לרב בדולינה. בית המשפט שלו שגשג שם, מושך אליו חסידים רבים. רבי יהודה צבי היה מקורב לרבנים רבים של זמנו, בעיקר עם הרב יהושע של בעלז. את דבריו של רבי יהודה צבי לא הדפיסו; רק חלק מההקדמות שכתב לספרים של אביו ודודו נותרו. רבי יהודה צבי נפטר ב 12 אייר 5669/1909, בגיל 51. מאחר שלא השאיר אחריו בן, עבר חצרו לבית שני חתניו, הרב יהושע הלברשטאם והרב פנחס, בנו של הרב משה רוקח מקרוב. שניהם התגוררו בדולינה. זכותו של הרב הצדיק רבי יהודה צבי אייכנשטיין תגן עלינו ועל כל ישראל. אָמֵן
